Grants for Emotional Intelligence Research

Part of Six Seconds’ nonprofit mission is to help all people in the world gain the benefits of emotional intelligence.  To support an evidence-based approach, we’re proud to offer Grants for the use of Six Seconds’ assessment tools. These grants empower educators, researchers, and changemakers to bring EQ into schools, organizations, and communities.

What We Offer

Grants may include:

  • Credits for Six Seconds’ assessment tools.

  • Consulting support to strengthen your project’s implementation– for one year from the receipt of the official confirmation letter.

  • Data (summary spreadsheet of assessment results).

What We’re Looking For

We evaluate proposals based on:

  • Social Value – Will this project create meaningful, positive change?

  • Awareness Value – Will it spread understanding of EQ and SEL?

  • Research Value – Will it contribute to advancing EQ science?

  • Support – Is there institutional or community backing to ensure success?

  • Need – How essential is this grant to the project’s viability?
