What is in the EQPlus Motivation?

The EQPlus Motivation Profile begins with a snapshot of the person’s Drive Style, Driving Forces and Ascending Drivers and then offers in-depth feedback on that person’s areas of strength and areas of opportunity within a framework of their Success Factors.

The first section of the EQPlus Motivation Profile starts as a snapshot of the person’s current Drive Style and provides tips to optimize energy and clarity if this is your Drive Style. No Drive Style is better than the other – what matters is whether or not it gives us the energy and clarity that we need to be successful. There are 5 styles, based on a person’s Driving Forces: “Walking the Tightrope”, “Climbing the Rock While Looking Down”, “Balancing the Forces”, Expanding the Positive”, and “Growing the Great”.

The second section of the EQPlus Motivation Profile shows the person’s five Driving Forces. We are all on a continuum with our Driving Forces. What matters is how our Driving Forces impel or impede our success – how they cause us to think, feel and act. This section provides an opportunity to examine and begin to shift our Driving Forces.

The third section of the EQPlus Motivation Profile shows the person’s four Ascending Drivers. We tend to have an order of preference for our Ascending Drivers. This section provides an opportunity to consider how the order of our Ascending Drivers is affecting our success.
