The mission of Twin Cities R!SE is to transform the lives of those impacted by racial or socioeconomic barriers through Personal Empowerment, career training, and meaningful employment. A key part of that program is emotional intelligence training at its Empowerment Institute, and TCR partners with Six Seconds to enhance and measure the impact of that program.
