Timidamente, negli anni, si è fatta strada la consapevolezza della passione di costruire progetti con gli interlocutori che spesso passa dalla funzione commerciale. My work is about... Helping as many people as possible to use EQ in their lives, both at work and at home

Professional accomplishments include... I engaged many people in the value of our assessments and certification pathways. I became a "go to person" for many assessors, they often call me for tips on using the tools.

My work is about... I work mainly as a psychologist and as a coach, trainer and consultant and I mostly follow development projects in organizations, providing training, coaching, webinars, workshops to raise awareness and develop soft skills.

Professional accomplishments include... I have a degree in Psychology, in field of work and organizations. I am also Coach Career Coach, Team Coach, ICF certified. I obtained different certifications as assessor and trainer: EQ, Extended Disc, 16 Personal Factor.

 A few past experiences… I worked for several years as Hr Manager in different organizations and i’m so grateful for theese experiences, because I experienced the organizational realities first hand.

Professional accomplishments include... In the last 2 years, I delivered Six Seconds EQ Practitioner to more than 100 participants, certified about 100 EQ AC Assessors, introduced to Six Seconds Partners, and was part of the editorial team for the KNOW, CHOOSE, GIVE, curriculum.

 A few past experiences...I was HR Manager of a company with more than 2.000 workers and I am the co-owner of the first Glamping in Sicily.

Professional accomplishments include... I've been in Six Seconds since 2005 and looking back I'm proud to share my favorite milestones with you:
1. the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment started as my thesis. I was also in the developing and validating team of the Vital Signs for Organizational Performance and Brain Profiles assessments. Using these tools, I wrote 8 case studies and white papers, showing the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance

2. In 2013 I found and managed the first group of Preferred Partners in the history of Six Seconds. This step brought a lot of changes and in 2019 I founded a division focused on the corporate sector named EQ Biz, with the collaboration of all the Italian preferred partners. A collaborative network of partners ready to support and transform organizations through emotional intelligence!

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. it gives people more clarity about what's really important in their lives and the freedom to remain the same or do something to change their own world. Emotional intelligence, if we want, is the key a human being has to take a transformative and evolutive step forward. We can do it if our actions will be the result of a perfect alignment of what, how, and why. Really hard...and at the same time POSSIBLE.

My work is about... Bring EQ to people to help them living a better life, starting with schools & education

Professional accomplishments include... Bringing the Self-Science program to schools and watching the amazing effects it had on the people involved (kids, teachers, parents). Being part of the Six Seconds team is a big accomplishment for me as well!

 A few past experiences...Before joining Six Seconds I started as Financial Supervisor, then got boring with finance (I understood I was bored after I broke an arm and I was happy I couldn't go to work for a while) and started as a Consultant/Project Manager in an IT company while studying and attending coaching school and Six Seconds EQ courses.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. it can help people to be more aware and find their way without the need of breaking an arm (like happened to me) It also really help to be more open minded, loving and compassionate with the world and with other people. I really think it's a starting point for a better world.

I'd love to talk to you about ... I love talking about big questions, where do we really come from, what's our mission on the planet and thing like that. I am fascinated by the big mysteries of our lives.. Aren't emotions one of those?

Story... I understood that everything is possible when I met Klaus Kinski in my living room (he was visiting a friend in Rome and rang the wrong door) short after watching Nosferatu and being fascinated by his acting. Then years later I had the chance to meet and talk to my musical hero, Bernard Sumner from New Order after a gig of the band and he told me his favorite movie of all time was Nosferatu with Klaus Kinski. Sincronicity is something really interesting, isn't it?

My Noble Goal is... Encourage people to find beauty in every place, every person and every situation.

My work is about... Taking care of the organization of the virtual Unlocking, Assessor and Brain Profile paths and support people during their journey to certification.

A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds, I worked as a telephone operator and back office worker in a call center, as an administrative coordinator in a construction company and as an administrative employee and recruiter in a call center network.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is….  I have experienced first hand the power of emotions as allies in my self management and in my relationship with others..

Professional accomplishments include... I have delivered over 600 emotional intelligence SEI Leadership assessments. I led several EQ programs for business leaders and Executive EQ Coaching Programs in multinational organizations with outstanding results. Speaker at: Int. Conference on EQ in Organizations, Salzburg Austria, EQ World Summit, Dubai ( 2017), HRC Conference Barcelona ( 2018), EQ Connects Conference Newcastle ( 2019)

A few past experiences... After my masters degree in tourism management and economics I held various managerial positions in the field of Marketing, Product Management in various fields and countries from dental industry to tourism. I joined the 6seconds team in Dubai in 2008, where I have lived 8 years prior joining the 6seconds Europe team. Being an accredited PCC/ICF Coach, EQ Coach but also certified Systemic Business Coach, Neuroleadership Coach. I'm also certified in Six Seconds' Vital Signs tools.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. working over 18 years in a multicultural business environment where I have seen firsthand that EQ is the crucial missing link between awareness and results, in various countries around the globe. EQ is the essential skill that fuels change and growth, strengthens relationships, effectiveness and wellbeing. EQ enables us to lead ourselves and lead others in a human and professional way for a better quality of life.

My work is about... developing the EQ Network in the Greater China region

Professional accomplishments include... the team and I have grown the EQ network in China by 20x over the last 5 years, now with over 200 active certified coaches, assessors, educators and practitioners. We have an active, engaged group of volunteer Network Leaders providing free programs to 1000s of people, plus a large following on WeChat and our other online platforms.  I support the growth of the network by facilitating Six Seconds Certifications in Chinese and with our team provide a platform for all our certified to support others practice EQ.

I am the co-author of the EQ Gym workbook and co-created the EQ Gym Book Club, including the EQ Gym Book Club for Parents. I am also a co-author of the new Self Science curriculum. I am an EQ Coach (ACC) since 2018.

 A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds I worked in an HR consultancy firm in Beijing, training EQ Leaders and designing assessment centers for 500 Fortune companies and top 100 Chinese companies. I co-founded a French- Chinese Montessori Kindergarten.

Background... I grew up in Argentina and Israel before moving to China for 13 years, and since 2017 I live in France, La Rochelle. My roots are in many different places and cultures.

Professional accomplishments include... I have over 25 years of experience working in multinational companies, primarily in Corporate Finance Leadership positions, but also in HR, Logistics and Accounting. I have lived and worked in 4 countries and have work experience in more than 20 European countries.

A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds I had been working as an independent consultant for the last 10 years in the field of personal and organisational transformation, but with a specialisation in the application of Emotional Intelligence.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. When I first started as a consultant/coach it wasn’t long before I was being asked to deliver Leadership Training, and usually it came with the latest flavour. I didn’t want to get caught up in delivering something topical, so I looked to what serves as the common denominator for all good leadership and I believe that is EQ.
