At the core of emotional intelligence is learning to name & understand feelings — AKA Emotional Literacy. As we develop emotional literacy, we’re able to make sense of the mixed up feelings that are fascinating, and sometimes challenging, part of life. At Six Seconds we know there are no “negative emotions” because all feelings provide us data that can help us thrive… but some feelings are challenging to understand.
What questions do you have about feelings and emotions? For example, do you want to know the difference? Or perhaps you’re curious about the meaning of disappointment or regret or worry?
In an interactive conversation, we’ll answer questions about feelings and explore the underlying messages and meanings of emotions.
Plus, we’ll share the brand-new interactive Plutchik Emotion Wheel to explore emotions… and give away a new emotions list we created just for this livestream!
