My work is about... Supporting coaches and coaches-in-training to grow their skills, confidence, joy, and impact

Professional accomplishments include... I've co-created and continue to co-facilitated Six Seconds' Coaching Equity Essentials course - a course that alumni have expressed was transformative in their relationship with their own identity and helped them become more courageous and equity-conscious in their coaching conversations.

 A few past experiences...Prior to coaching, I was an executive and leader for 20+ years in companies both large and small. I began my career as a mechanical engineer, but my talent for managing complex people and issues led to leadership roles, where I gained extensive experience in management, sales and business development, software and product development, and operations.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. I've seen first hand how leaning into our own and others' emotions builds trust and creates a bridge for deeper connection and more sustainable change

Favorite... My favorite guilty pleasure is trashy, historical romance novels. Open to any and all recommendations :)

Reflection... I'm a better mom, daughter, sister, wife, friend, and colleague because of the generosity of spirit in Six Seconds and their extended EQ community that feels like family
