My Noble Goal is... to grow authentic connections with myself and others

My work is about... to grow the EQ Practitioner community in Vietnam and support Asia-Pacific members in their EQ development

Professional accomplishments include... As Six Seconds EQ Coach and Facilitator, I've supported the growing of APAC team of Network Leaders for the past 4 years. I also helped building a team of 9 Network Leaders and one Preferred Partner in Vietnam. I facilitate Six Seconds CORE Certificates (Unlocking EQ, EQ Assessor, and EQ Practitioner), Brain Profiler, and EQ Insights (Train the Trainer) in Vietnamese.

 A few past experiences... My focus has been in facilitating and designing training material, including translation and customization to ensure relevance to the participants’ specific industry and current working situation. I’ve had opportunities to provide training services and worked with HR team from multinational corporations in Vietnam such as Coca-Cola, Intel, and BAT.

One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... I’ve been intrigued by what really differentiates great trainers and coaches. I have seen that practicing EQ helps trainers, coaches, and educators to provide an environment where participants can experience transformative learning.

Background...  I identify myself as a cultural bridge of Western values of openness, freedom thinking, diversity and Asian values of harmony, community, and traditions. As someone who has the privilege of working and living in a cross-cultural environment, and is bilingual, I’m enjoying the best of both worlds and also learning to navigate through the challenges they bring.

Favorite... I love traveling to places with mountains, waterfalls, or forests
