My Noble Goal is...Nourish relationships with self and others

My work is about... Managing and maintaining EQ Biz accounts and projects to build great workplaces.

Professional accomplishments include... I've coached over 1,500 sessions delivering EQ to global leaders and companies. I have co-led a dozen EQ Cafes.

A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds, my work included founding a communications and consulting company, leading yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes and workshops, as well as a teaching 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders in NYC public schools.

One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... it offers people tools to be better for them selves and others.
