My Noble Goal is... To patiently support people to be more kind and empathic.

My work is about... Sharing the amazing work of Six Seconds and knowledge of emotional intelligence through social media, in particular the global Instagram. 

Professional accomplishments include... I have been a part of growing the Six Seconds social media over 15k followers over the last year, analysing the content and audience and using this to grow our page. I am very proud of this as social media in this day and age is the best way to connect and share ideas. In addition to this I have also completed my certification as an EQ Educator with Six Seconds. 

A few past experiences... I have gained experience qualifying as a primary school teacher and teaching in the UK, moving to Australia to work as an Early Years Educator, moving to Cyprus to work as a kids and baby club host, and being an Elf Guide in Lapland.

One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... I have grown up witnessing the work of Six Seconds first hand as my mum, Sue McNamara has been at the forefront of Six Seconds for the last 20 years. In addition, I have seen first hand the impact emotional intelligence has on children and their development. 

Identifier... She/ Her and I am a Third Culture Kid who has lived in over 5 countries so far! 

My favorite... My favourite country is Singapore.
