My Noble Goal is... Make a world where every person can live the way they truly are.

My work is about... Engaging and empowering people in 6s North America community to support their continued work with emotional intelligence. Also supporting POP-UP Festival hosts from all over the world to spread EQ and make the world a kinder, braver and safer place for everyone.

Professional accomplishments include... Founded an EQ & Equity learning platform called DAIJOUBU in Japan. Accomplished the largest POP-UP Festival at shopping malls in Japan in 2021. After getting my master’s degree in Social Justice and Human Rights, I became more fluent in integrating emotional intelligence and the impact of systemic background on individuals and holding an equitable and fruitful space and community for various people to feel a sense of belonging either with my DAIJOUBU community or POP-UP Global Leader’s community.

A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds, I had worked as an investor, and worked so hard to raise two little children as a single parent. When I had been hospitalized for a month due to extreme stress from the social unjust system, I was seeking an opportunity to learn and become a professional about myself, and found the term "Self-Science" in Anabel Jensen's blog, and found Six Seconds!

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. because Emotions are our 0th language! Thanks to emotions, we can connect, we can sense, we can believe, we can belong. Emotions go beyond any boundaries.

Playing soccer with my son, dancing with my daughters, doing my baby’s hair, making a cup of vanilla latte to each other with my husband, cooking Japanese food for my friends, paddle surfing, singing and playing piano, chatting with my old friends on instagram, learning and seeing new things
