My Noble Goal is...To support people in realizing their full potential.

My work is about... Engaging organizational leaders in practicing emotional intelligence to improve their own performance and that of their teams. I incorporate Six Seconds assessments, research and models into executive coaching and leadership development programs.

Professional accomplishments include... I have authored a report on The EQ Paradox in India, based on Six Seconds assessments conducted with over 550 professionals in India. I regularly conduct leadership programs based on a foundation of emotional intelligence and have led these for companies such as Amazon. Atlassian and Genpact, among many others.

 A few past experiences... I'm a former marketing leader in tech-driven organizations, who has worked in multiple countries across Europe and Asia in the past 30 years. I've also sold books door to door in Utah and been an Au-Pair in Paris and Berlin.

One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... Because a core value of mine is 'whole'. I want people to use their whole selves and their whole brain to make the best decisions for themselves and their teams, communities and organizations.
