EQ Coach Overview
Six Seconds’ EQ Coach Certification is an in-depth, ICF accredited coaching program that equips you with the skills and resources you need to be an effective coach. You’ll learn how to be a coach, and how to deliver coaching – through intensive training with deeply experienced faculty, a worldwide community, and a complete system of tools for measurement and growth. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate that shows you have completed a level 2 program, which contributes to the PCC application with the ICF. You will also receive the Certified EQ Coach credential with Six Seconds, and be ready to start your coaching career and help clients achieve extraordinary results.

Part 1:
EQ Practitioner (EQPC)
Deepen your understanding of the Six Seconds Model of Emotional Intelligence™ and strengthen core EQ skills.

Part 2:
Coach Certification Foundations (CCF)
Master coaching essentials with training in the ICF Core Competencies + Brain Profiler Certification included.

Part 3:
EQ Assessor (EQAC)
Accurately measure and develop emotional intelligence using the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment™ (SEI).

Part 4:
Coach Certification Integration (CCI)
Integrate EQ knowledge and tools into ICF framework, refining your unique coaching presence through peer support and real-life coaching sessions (with Group Mentoring).

International Coaching Federation
The International Coaching Federation accredited Six Seconds’ coaching school at it’s highest level. EQCC is a “Level 2 Training Program” granting 224 hours of accredited coach education; graduates complete their demonstration of competence directly with Six Seconds for an expedited process to achieve Associate or Professional coach certifications from ICF.
Six Seconds also holds Level 1 Associate and Level 3 Master coach accreditation.
Antioch University
Graduates of Six Seconds EQ Coach Certification are invited to apply to Antioch University’s Online Graduate Management Programs to earn an MBA, MA in Nonprofit Management, or Masters Human Services Administration. You’ll bring 9 semester-units to AU, taking you almost a third of the way through your degree (33 units). Why?
