These certifications qualify you to use a specific Six Seconds assessment with your own clients and teams. Each one unlocks a whole family of reports, along with the debrief frameworks and global norms behind them.
EQ Assessor Certification
Get qualified to administer and debrief the SEI – reading the scores properly and turning them into a development plan someone will actually follow. Known internally as EQAC.

Full credential pathways accredited by the International Coaching Federation. These are sold as complete programs rather than as parts, and the tool certifications are built into them – so you finish with a coaching credential and the instruments to use in your practice.
ICF Level 1: Associate Brain Coach
Your entry into ICF-accredited coaching, with emotional intelligence at the core. Graduates are eligible to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
- Brain Brief, Talent and Discovery Profiles
ICF Level 2: EQ Coach
The professional-level pathway for coaches building a serious practice, adding assessment mastery and integration work on top of Level 1. Graduates can apply for the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
- The full SEI report family, plus all Brain Profiles
ICF Level 3: EQ Master Coach
The capstone for experienced, credentialed coaches. Certification requires at least 100 SEI debriefs, so it is as much a record of practice as a course. Counts toward an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) application.
