Meet Six Seconds’ EQ Ambassadors
Committed to practicing emotional intelligence, and building partnerships to bring these skills to EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE
Tiffany VartyEQ Ambassador
Tiffany is passionate about change-making, she is particularly interested in helping people see things from different viewpoints, outside of their own. She believes that “it’s the little things “ like starting conversations with people on the streets, smiling at them, and assuming the best rather than the worst, are some of the best ways to begin a journey in understanding how to practice EQ and enhance the quality of relationships within herself, and with others. She is an EQ Ambassador for Six Seconds, has been with the team for one-year, and finds herself most “at home” when speaking on this topic and its evolution in her own life while at various events helping to grow Six Seconds’ community of practice.
Tiffany was born in São Paulo, Brazil, lives in Arizona and travels as often as possible. She would love to grab an espresso, or non-dairy ice cream with you sometime to start / continue the discussion of how to practice emotional intelligence in your organizations, and in your homes! You can reach Tiffany at [email protected]
Tiffany is also a Managing Partner for her Single Family Office, Varty and Partners’, in Paradise Valley, Arizona. She holds degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Business from Arizona State University in Tempe (Go Sun Devils!), and recently completed education in Portfolio Management and Investments at The George Washington University in Washington D.C.
Previously, she was working alongside her twin sister Natalie as a choreographer in the dance industry for 15 years where she received numerous choreography awards. She loves working and mentoring kids and is admired for her integrity, honesty, and high level of patience. The genesis of her training in EQ, outside of her amazing mother, most likely started, here: mentoring and teaching children! Patience and active listening, while maintaining a calm, cool composure and learning to place your own situations “outside the studio door” allowed for her to practice EQ without knowing that she was a part of a growing, larger community.
She is the creator of DancerSound, a boutique music-editing studio, providing creative solutions and ideas for choreographers, studio owners, dancers, and lovers of music. She still choreographs for her long-time studio, All About Dance in Scottsdale Arizona, is an advocate for the arts, and a member of Nexus Global.

Victor believes that an essential part of most of our health is community. He believes that "we are communal beings that experience joy and healing while interacting with each other. This is made intentional with the establishment of wellness communities. Emotional intelligence is a key element that allows people within a community to be able to accept varying views and even constructive criticism without feeling attacked. Healing has so many different aspects, with emotional intelligence being an element that is rarely discussed but having a profound impact in our lives. A healthy community leads to a healthy environment which leads to optimal growth collectively."
Eduardo GonzalezEQ Ambassador
“ I truly believe in peoples potential and that everyone can have the life they dream about if they only have trust, leadership, and know how to communicate as well as manage and navigate their emotions”
During my life, I started to look what to do; Initially I started to live off law, working closely with the first case of civil repair from Peru to USA and fight protecting the rights of the Peruvian families. After that, I started to dedicate my life to photography and from there I got a step closer to my real passion. Photographing, for me, was starting to see different perspectives of what or who I had in front of me; that let me realize there are many different ways and angles to see life.
After working with organizations and having titles as Director and CEO, run and broke my own business and built a new one; I decided to focus on my dream: Make this world a place where it's worth living, where my kids can feel comfortable in being part of.
I've worked on transformational coaching since 2013, studied Ontological Coaching on The Newfield Network, Transsacional Analisis in COPERAT, Theta Healing and more specializations on emotions, body and theater.
