I have held senior leadership roles across global brands such as Unilever, Levi’s, Starbucks, and Costa Coffee, as well as leading Turkish companies. I have led market entries, brand growth, and business turnarounds—earning international recognition, including the Spirit of Starbucks Award. One of my most important leadership lessons came when financial success was achieved at the expense of emotional connection. That experience reinforced a core belief: never take your eyes off emotional data.

Through my nonprofit initiative, Son Okul (The Last School), I design and deliver programs that prepare university students - especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds - for the business world, directly serving my Noble Goal.

Professional accomplishments include.. Having contributed to the creation and development of nonprofit organizations working to promote inclusive diversity, based on the Six Seconds model, whose programs have improved the lives of many families. Having generated such a social impact that, following its example, other inclusive nonprofit organizations have been founded, for which I now act as a consultant.

A few past experiences...Twenty years ago, I started teaching to secure a job, but it was the last thing I wanted to do. After my first day, helping children and young people with their learning journeys became my life's work. Driven by a curiosity for new learning tools to provide my students, I became an ACC Coach and IE Facilitator, and then founded the training company InEmind (In Emotional Mind). I am a consultant for several non-profit organizations working on inclusion.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is… Because it changed my life. I discovered EI through the Six Seconds model during a time of great personal decisions: if I am who I am today, it's thanks to the aware choices EI helped me make during that difficult time. Then I brought the model into my classroom, and it changed me irreversibly as a teacher, changing my students’ approach to learn (and life!)... and their families! That's why I promote EI in every speech I give: I know it can improve everyone's life. And I'm a role model.

My professional background and more than 20 years of experience integrate business, organizational and leadership development. I hold a BA in Commerce and Marketing and an MA in Management and Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Psychology. I am a certified coach and mentor (EMCC Practitioner), with postgraduate training in logotherapeutic counselling and personality development (Certified LTEA Consultant), and an internationally recognized advanced qualification in supervision (EASC Supervisor).

I am on a learning journey with Six Seconds to further deepen my Emotional Intelligence expertise and fully embody my role as EQ Development Manager for Hungary.

Professional accomplishments include... I've been in Six Seconds since 2005 and looking back I'm proud to share my favorite milestones with you:
1. the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment started as my thesis. I was also in the developing and validating team of the Vital Signs for Organizational Performance and Brain Profiles assessments. Using these tools, I wrote 8 case studies and white papers, showing the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance

2. In 2013 I found and managed the first group of Preferred Partners in the history of Six Seconds. This step brought a lot of changes and in 2019 I founded a division focused on the corporate sector named EQ Biz, with the collaboration of all the Italian preferred partners. A collaborative network of partners ready to support and transform organizations through emotional intelligence!

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. it gives people more clarity about what's really important in their lives and the freedom to remain the same or do something to change their own world. Emotional intelligence, if we want, is the key a human being has to take a transformative and evolutive step forward. We can do it if our actions will be the result of a perfect alignment of what, how, and why. Really hard...and at the same time POSSIBLE.

 A few past experiences...Before joining Six Seconds I started as Financial Supervisor, then got boring with finance (I understood I was bored after I broke an arm and I was happy I couldn't go to work for a while) and started as a Consultant/Project Manager in an IT company while studying and attending coaching school and Six Seconds EQ courses.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. it can help people to be more aware and find their way without the need of breaking an arm (like happened to me) It also really help to be more open minded, loving and compassionate with the world and with other people. Story... I understood that everything is possible when I met Klaus Kinski in my living room (he was visiting a friend in Rome and rang the wrong door) short after watching Nosferatu and being fascinated by his acting. Then years later I had the chance to meet and talk to my musical hero, Bernard Sumner from New Order after a gig of the band and he told me his favorite movie of all time was Nosferatu with Klaus Kinski. Sincronicity is something really interesting, isn't it?

My Noble Goal is... Encourage people to find beauty in every place, every person and every situation.

My work is about... Taking care of the organization of the virtual Unlocking, Assessor and Brain Profile paths and support people during their journey to certification.

After my masters degree in tourism management and economics I held various managerial positions in the field of Marketing, Product Management in various fields and countries from dental industry to tourism. I joined the 6seconds team in Dubai in 2008, where I have lived 8 years prior joining the 6seconds Europe team. My work is about... developing the EQ Network of professionals

Professional accomplishments include... the team and I have grown the EQ network in China by 20x over the last 5 years, now with over 200 active certified coaches, assessors, educators and practitioners. We have an active, engaged group of volunteer Network Leaders providing free programs to 1000s of people, plus a large following on WeChat and our other online platforms.  I support the growth of the network by facilitating Six Seconds Certifications in Chinese and with our team provide a platform for all our certified to support others practice EQ.

I am the co-author of the EQ Gym workbook and co-created the EQ Gym Book Club, including the EQ Gym Book Club for Parents. I am also a co-author of the new Self Science curriculum. I am an EQ Coach (ACC) since 2018.

 A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds I worked in an HR consultancy firm in Beijing, training EQ Leaders and designing assessment centers for 500 Fortune companies and top 100 Chinese companies. I co-founded a French- Chinese Montessori Kindergarten.
