Scuola Italiana di Mentoring aims to be a vehicle for cultural change and individual and professional growth, through the enhancement, application and study, in different environments of mentoring, understood as an ancient, holistic, ecological and natural anthropological process.
S.I.M. believes that the functions of mentoring help, in daily life, people by improving communication mechanisms, offering belonging, deeper roots and tools for professional and organizational enrichment, which foster talent development and exchange among diversity. Formal Mentoring, therefore, seeks to channel, in organized settings, the processes of exchanging experiences, values and building purpose, based on a sense of belonging and identification in positive role models.

Consulting is aimed at companies, profit and nonprofit organizations, multinationals for the design, implementation monitoring and evaluation of any type of Mentoring project or program. Assistance, check-ups, Supervision to companies that want to improve and implement their Mentoring programs.
Individual consulting is for all professionals who wish to avail themselves of Mentoring services and in particular the Supervision of qualified Mentors, in all sectors.
