Professional accomplishments include... I have had the chance to deliver over 200 emotional intelligence assessments, leading a corporate project for Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors all over US, Latin America and the Caribbean.
A few past experiences... Before joining Six Seconds, worked for over 30 years at FedEx. Started in Operations, moved to Customer Service, and then to HR as Operations/ Call Centre training, moving on to management as HR Service Manager for South America. With all the training and leadership experience acquired, moved to Leadership Training and Development to focus on the corporate leadership development and facilitating many programs globally.
One reason I'm personally passionate about emotional intelligence is... I know how learning more about EQ, applying it in my day-day how I've become a better professional, better dad, husband and, would even dare to say a better person! : )
