My work is about... Increasing the use of emotional intelligence as an indispensable skill to live better in the world as a trainer and as consultant

Professional accomplishments include...two different focus on communication on one side and about development and organizational process of the HR area on the other side, including expertise in soft skills training, leadership and consulting on HR processes to be implemented in a company. I’am a PCC Coach ICF Certified.

A few past experiences... I worked for several years in a company first in Communication Area and then in Human Resources Area focused on manager development in a financial/banking company.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. because I have experienced how it is the most powerful key to connecting people
