TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

By registering, you authorize Six Seconds Italia Srl to process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code. You also authorize the possible publication of your name on the Six Seconds Certified Professionals map. If you cancel your registration more than thirty (30) days prior to the course start date, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus 10% of the full price of the Certification Path as a handling and administrative fee. If cancellation is communicated less than thirty (30) days prior to the course start date, no refund of the fee paid will be issued.

Participants may request to postpone their enrollment to a subsequent edition of the same course one (1) time only, at no additional cost. Any further postponement requests will be treated as cancellations and the above conditions will apply.

If the participant has purchased a certification package (including two or more certification paths), and cancels more than thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the first certification, the same refund conditions described above will apply. The 10% retained will be calculated on the full price of the certification that is being canceled (or for which a second postponement is requested) by the participant, regardless of any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

If Six Seconds cancels the course, the participant may either keep the amount already paid as credit toward a future edition of the same course or receive a full refund of the amount paid. In any case, Six Seconds undertakes to notify any course cancellation with at least two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the course start date.
