Solution: Excelitas’ leadership team partnered with Six Seconds to develop a unique, customized, and high impact program focused on leadership and how leaders relate to and connect with others in the workplace, utilizing the Leadership Vital Signs 360 assessment.
Results: A remarkable 73% of program participants measurably improved their leadership effectiveness – based on objective, multi-rater feedback from others.

Excelitas’ leadership team partnered with Six Seconds to develop a unique, customized, and high impact program focused on leadership and how leaders relate to and connect with others in the workplace. The program utilized the Leadership Vital Signs, a powerful 360 feedback tool for leaders, to gain actionable data. The LVS combines a self-assessment with anonymous feedback from peers and subordinates. They blended that hard data with a program of 1-on-1 coaching support from certified consultants and experiential group learning. At the end of the program, participants completed a post assessment to measure the results.
Across 3 global regions in a highly technical engineering organization, more than 73% of program participants measurably improved their leadership effectiveness – based on objective feedback from others.
