Assessments & Reports

Imagine you leave a meeting Wednesday where things just feel off. There is a poor body language, clear disengagement. The team is struggling, and you want objective, real data about what’s happening.

On Monday, you have a report in your email.

Every team member completed a 15-minute survey at the end of last week, and this report is a snapshot of everyone’s answers.

You have the data on employee engagement. On the current levels of trust. Honest answers about what it feels like to be on the team, and what could be improved.

But we all know the frustrating experience of taking a survey and then… crickets. Nothing happens.

That won’t happen with this report, because it’s designed for practical implementation. You can go through the certification process yourself, where you’ll learn how to administer and interpret Six Seconds’ reports, as well as the science of emotional intelligence that underpins them. Or contact us and we’ll connect you with a certified professional to deliver assessments and training in your organization.

A Global Employee Engagement Crisis

The state of employee engagement globally is grim.

Per research from Gallup, only 21% of employees worldwide score as engaged, . This alarming statistic has troubling financial implications as well: Employees who are not engaged or who are actively disengaged cost the world $7.8 trillion in lost productivity, according to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace: 2022 Report. That’s equal to 11% of global GDP. “Business units with engaged workers have 23% higher profit compared with business units with miserable workers,” says Jon Clifton, Gallup CEO and coauthor of the study. “Additionally, teams with thriving workers see significantly lower absenteeism, turnover and accidents; they also see higher customer loyalty.”
