Hosted by the global EQ org

Six Seconds is the world’s leading nonprofit org for emotional intelligence (EQ); established in 1997, our tools and methods are used in 200+ countries.

Emotional intelligence (being smarter with feelings) is a learnable skill that makes life better. At work, at home, at school and in the community, these skills are the missing link.

Six Seconds is a global nonprofit working to support ALL people to grow and practice emotional intelligence.

We think the world would be a better place if a billion people were practicing the skills of emotional intelligence (EQ). So, we research and share scientific, global, transformational tools & methods to support that goal. Learn more about Six Seconds' vision or to go deeper, explore EQ Certification Training for coaching, facilitating, consulting or educating.
