Dual is the first Agency that scientifically enhances marketing, communication, and events through the use of emotional intelligence (EQ) with the model validated by Six Seconds.

For about 4 years we have started a path of internal training and progressive integration of EQ tools in our organizational and creative processes. In this way, we can help our clients to improve their results and satisfaction thanks to a more effective emotional communication, developed with what today we can define our proprietary model born from the partnership with Six Seconds.

The Agency offers a wide range of strategic and operational services for institutional and product communication: in 2019 it celebrates 20 years of life.
In the two offices in Milan and Marsala – where events dedicated to wine branding and wine tourism are developed in particular – today there are about twenty professionals, including accounts, graphic designers and creatives, marketing and corporate communication specialists, coaching and consulting, trade and retail, digital communication and public relations, branding and design and management of promotions and events.
Dual operates in various product sectors, including Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage, Home Gardening, and Fine Chemistry, with a particular specialization in the field of Oenology.
