Measure and grow the drivers of trust (with the Trust Style Inventory) and build a conscious organization for sustainable high performance.

In conscious organizations, employees and leaders are self-aware, growth-oriented, value-driven, and they cherish healthy work relationships. They aren’t only committed to developing and sustaining quality individual interactions, they contribute to high functioning, self-aware ecosystems where employees are deliberate about the operation of their culture. The IFB proprietary system, Interconnectivity, Flow & Balance (or IFB) is the blueprint for conscious organizations and the foundation for our licensed, educational and strategic programs that are uniquely designed to help you build and sustain them.

As a Preferred Partner with Six Seconds, the largest global EQ network, we apply tools and resources that provide deep insight into the performance and success of leaders, teams and organizations.

The Trust Style Inventory (TSI) measures your Trust Style from three perspectives – and provides actionable tips to improve your ability to trust, be trusted, and leverage trust to build healthy relationships.

The TSI report will help you or your clients understand how you trust, your opportunities for growing trust, the strengths you can leverage to improve your willingness to trust, and the skills and characteristics you need to be trusted.

Once you successfully complete the Trust Style Inventory Certification you can qualify to join our global network of trust facilitators.

The Pillar of Trust licensed program includes IFB℠ courses, tools, and strategies and can be used to achieve deep cultural transformation.  Consultants, trainers, coaches, and organizational change facilitators (i.e. executives and management) can benefit from this 12 month licensed program. It provides coaching and consulting paths for building trust and healthy relationships within organizations, both interpersonally and structurally.

Because trust-building takes time, unpredictable situations can emerge during the transformation process. Therefore, in addition to giving you access to proven transformational materials, courses, and strategies,  licensees participate in monthly calls especially designed to support them with emergent, complex situations. Here is what we include in our licensee package:

  • Monthly group support
  • An online Pillar of Trust course you can offer clients or use within your company
  • An engaging online emotional intelligence simulation you can offer as a stand-alone or as part of a blended, in-house learning intervention
  • Frameworks you can use to develop coaching programs or change facilitations for teams and individuals
  • 24/7, back-end access to online courses included in the program so you can interact with your employees/clients while they learn
  • Cultural change frameworks
  • Internal communication plans and structural support

Organizational Soul is led by Yvette Bethel, an award winning author, Fulbright Scholar and creator of the IFBSM methodology. She is an HR and People Effectiveness consultant with 20 years of Fortune 500 experience and more than 11 years as a consultant.

We live in an unpredictable global environment, so it is a time of business as unusual, and survival of the most agile. Now that we have entered uncharted territory, modern people effectiveness solutions cannot be enhanced versions of conventional strategies.

With this in mind, Yvette created a proprietary consulting system, Interconnectivity, Flow, & Balance™ , which supports organizations with establishing cultures defined by trust, developing self aware leaders, and facilitating healthy coworker interactions that can drive improved results over the long-term.
