Through our membership program, workshops, coaching, and mentoring, we connect young people who have a desire for personal growth and help them flourish.

We focus on empowering young women in business, and developing future sports leaders. Both young women and sportspeople have the potential to be game-changing leaders, but we must equip them with the skills and capabilities they need to succeed. One of those skills is emotional intelligence (EQ) – an ability all great leaders have. By teaching young people how to develop their emotional intelligence, we build resilient, compassionate and empowered leaders.

Leadership Shapers is part of Six Seconds’ Preferred Partner Network – organizations with certification & expertise to effectively use our methods in organizational transformation.
