  • Develop your compelling offer (what you are selling and why that’s important).
  • Learn & follow a process to connect with potential clients and increase trust to lead to an agreement to do training, coaching, or consulting.
  • Develop an effective proposal template and use it with potential clients.

Selling EQ is designed for professionals working to build their training, coaching, or consulting business with a focus on emotional intelligence. It will also be beneficial for people inside an organization who need to sell to internal clients. In this program you will actually work on selling– so to attend, you need to be serious that it’s time to increase your business.

Instructional Methods

There are three classes of 90 min each.  There will be 2 hours of independent work after each class practicing putting the learning in action. In these assignments you will create an offer and call / talk to potential clients, then you will develop a proposal and make an offer to a client.

There will be an emails / whatsApp check-in between each session where participants will share their draft assignments.

Assessment Procedures

Participants will share their draft work between sessions and their work in each session. They will share their assignments with the group, and complete the final assignment (a proposal they have shared with a potential client) within 2 weeks of the final session.

To earn the ACE units, participants are required to attend the entire 90 minutes of all 3 virtual classroom sessions live (there will not be recordings) and to complete 3 two-hour assignments. Assignments will be given at each session, and must be completed within 2 weeks. The final assignment must be completed by Oct 10. Due to the facilitators’ travel schedule, late work will not be accepted.
