Stop looking outside yourself, your team and your organization for wholeness. You already have what it takes to grow, thrive and achieve business results – your people!

In everything I do, I believe in unleashing your full potential so that you can achieve things you never thought possible. I do this by helping people understand and recognize their greatness and where they fit in the workplace, community and world.

As a Preferred Partner with Six Seconds, the largest global EQ network, we apply tools and resources that provide deep insight into the performance and success of leaders, teams and organizations.

Live your potential.

Accomplish the unimaginable.

In today’s tight labor market, the war for talent isn’t won with recruiting alone. By shifting from a focus on talent acquisition to talent development, People Minded helps organizations achieve business results through leveraging the untapped potential they already have on their payroll, reducing a reliance on external talent to close the skills gap. We do this by working with all of your employees, not just those deemed “high potential”, to help them understand and recognize their greatness and where they fit in the workplace, community and the world.
