Will Cardillo

Will Cardillo is the founder and principal consultant for Orgility, an organizational agility consulting and coaching firm that blends change management with agile leadership principals and the neuroscience of emotional intelligence for the people side of change.

With an MBA in International Business and Certifications in Change Management, Agile Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching, Will has built a reputation of accelerating change and innovation within organizations and people.

Prior to focusing solely on his passion of providing organizations with a competitive advantage through their people, he spent 10+ years successfully building, reinvigorating and leading business, non-profit, healthcare, education, and government sales teams for Verizon and Apple.

During that time, he gained vital experience not only in organizational transformation, but also how to successfully lead teams living in a constant state of change during the stages of both hyper and earned-growth modes. This valuable experience provided him insight and knowledge around agility, and the need to create nimble organizations in order to not only survive but thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
