Coaching

Simply helping people to perform better or solve a problem is only one part of coaching. 
From our long experience we know that often the individual is in need of guidance at a deeper level, the level of purpose, meaning and identity.

For this long term purpose, developing Emotional Intelligence is a must.  The challenge in this process is to re-learn, re-educate, building on intrinsic motivation and personal goals.
