Carolyn specializes in supporting organizations and leaders in creating environments at work for greater engagement, collaboration, creativity and growth.

Carolyn has proven to be a sough after coach and strategic leadership advisor for teams and individuals. She blends her insight from 20 years in business with her more recent training and experience in coaching in designing and delivering programs for clients. Some of Carolyn’s recent adventures include; Co-creating a Masters Program in Brand Leadership for Schulich Executive Education; training and coaching over 100 senior leaders in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership; leading workshops on Effective Thinking; Designing and leading strategic Organizational Culture programs for diverse clients; team coaching for in-tact top leadership teams; and, facilitating innovation workshops across North America on behalf of Rotman Designworks strategy Innovation lab.

Carolyn is a certified coach through Adler/OISE, University of Toronto and recently became a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She is certified to provide statistically validated, assessments and training in the fields of Effective Thinking, Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and Creating Positive Organizational Climates for change. She is also trained in the Living Systems team coaching methodology for working with collaborative and intact working teams.

Before coaching, Carolyn held strategic business and executive leadership positions in diverse areas including: wireless telecommunications, Internet start-ups, global brand & communication agencies, media companies and retail. Her experience includes corporate and volunteer board appointments, speaking engagements and communication advisory roles.

Always active in her work and personal communities, Carolyn was honored in 2002 by the Canadian Government with the Queen Elizabeth ll Golden Jubilee Medal, awarded to Canadians who made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, community or to Canada.
