Building Momentum & Community for EQ

EQ-CON 2018

ENERGIZE & AMPLIFY

For two packed days in June, EQ practioners, North American region’s Preferred Partners, and Six Seconds global office team energized and amplified the regional network.  Dr. Anabel Jensen delivered a closing session to share the power of storytelling.  She shared neuroscience backing up common wisdom– stories connect us on a deep level and lead to transformation.  She lead the whole group in creating their own stories with EQ superpowers.

ESSENTIAL ALLIANCES

Six Seconds regional conferences allow people to experience how emotional intelligence works and to share best practices.  They are essential to build the community of practice and forge alliances to do this work in a way that creates even greater success.  Participants have the opportunities to showcase their businesses and to learn from others in the network as they grow the community of EQ in North America.

Incubator sessions by Preferred Partner brought to life metrics, methods and markets of applied EQ.  Evidence sessions using case studies to learn how EQ deepens leadership, insight and teamwork in different settings.  Lead by Regional Network Directors Jim & Lynette Vaive, EQCON 2018 burst onto the EQ scene with a big impact.

Six Seconds learning methodology: ENGAGE • ACTIVATE • REFLECT is integrated in every event so that each activity has sticky content for deeper application.

Jim & Lynette Vaive are North American Regional Network Directors.  Hosting  EQ-CON 2018 “was an opportunity for us to bring together our team of Preferred Partners and really let them shine.”

Great tools, proven methodology, practical cases: how EQ creates value at work, school and life.

EXTRAORDINARY SUPERPOWERS

Joshua Freedman, Six Seconds’ CEO had one big take away from the event. “We don’t need superheroes with extraordinary powers, we need all of us to build and use our everyday EQ strengths to solve problems we see around us by addressing the underlying causes. “

He challenged “What would the world be like with more Insight, Connection and Purpose?”
