SEI Group Report

A snapshot of competencies in the group.

To assist coaching leaders and teams, and to improve the effectiveness of training design / strategic interventions, the Group Report delivers a quick picture of the mix of competencies in the group.

The 12 histograms graphically show total EQ and Six Seconds' three pursuits and eight competencies. At a glance a trained practitioner can see challenges and opportunities in the group both visually...

The report also includes background and summary information that's especially useful when coaching a team leader.

Note: A Group Report can be generated from any adult SEI project -- whether participants receive a Strengths, Development, or Leadership report.
