MSCEIT Certification
Learn to objectively measure emotional intelligence,
coach for development, and train with the
scientifically sound Mayer-Salovey-Caruso model.
Test co-author David Caruso and EI development expert
Joshua Freedman join forces to premier this powerful
and practical Certification training. A must-attend
event for HR professionals, consultants, coaches,
EI aficionados, and scholars.
Hayes Executive Center, San Jose, CA.
Nov 15-17, 2004.

The MSCEIT is an ability measure that cuts through
inaccurate self-perception and "looking good" to
give an objective, focused, and scientifically
rigorous assessment of EI. You will understand the
"Four-Branch" model and walk away ready to assess,
coach, and train using the MSCEIT, the MSCEIT Coaching
Guide, and the "EI On the Job" intro presentation.

2. Assess Your Team - no cost!
*******************************
Six Seconds continues the 4th validation study of
its Organizational Climate Assessment, and now needs
3-4 organizational teams to take the 15-minute survey.
In exchange you'll get a mini-report about your team
for f-r-e e. (silly that I can't write that word out --
because of junk mail filters... What a weird world it's
become.)
Looking primarily for teams of 15-100 people in the US
to take the survey in the next 20 days, though others
are welcome. Reply if you're interested.
