SEI Coach Certification

The course equips coaches and learning/development/education professionals to use the best-in-class EQ assessment suite: The SEI. The cert focuses on effectively delivering the tool and debriefing the results to help clients or employees in a 1:1 setting so they have a roadmap and tools for positive change.  This program is not “how to coach,” rather, it’s “how to super-charge coaching” with an incredible model and toolset.  The presenters are Joshua Freedman, COO and cofounder of Six Seconds, and coauthor of the SEI (more about Josh below), and Marilynn Jorgensen, Master Trainer & ICF Coach.

Joshua is one of the world’s preeminent experts on developing emotional intelligence to improve performance. With warmth and authenticity, he translates leading-edge science into practical, applicable terms that improve the quality of workplace relationships to unlock enduring success.
