I am an introvert and I would prefer to stay in the library with my nose in a book. However, I am working to change the world - starting with myself. That is one reason my noble goal is " To use my voice to encourage the balancing of accountability with compassion so that integrity floods the globe." -- it compels me to stand up and speak.
