She is the the co-author of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment - Youth Version, and contributed significantly to the development, psychometric validation, and statistical analysis of several tools including:

• Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI), and a coauthor of the SEI Youth Version
  
  
• The Organizational Vital Signs Climate Index
  
  
• The Assessment of School Climate

In addition, she has added value to several Six Seconds' training and project-based initiatives with businesses, such as the Organizational Trust Survey of Triscendance, the Make-a-Difference Project, SEI assessments for the Bank of Montreal, OVS analysis for Americorps, and several others currently underway.

Carina actively works with clients to transform her blend of numerical and conceptual insights to corporate implementation. By concentrating on competency modeling and development, individual/group profiling and behavioral prediction, she empirically demonstrates the relationship between performance, satisfaction and the bottom line.
