Glen Stewart is an accomplished learning and organizational development professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications, hospitality, tourism, high-tech, media, and consulting industries.
 
As CEO of Six Seconds Consulting, he partners with leaders to bring teams together in support of their organization’s purpose.  Assisting organizations to sustain world class performance, Glen and his team help companies discover their key needs, design a pathway to change, and then distill the key success factors into the ongoing strategy.
 
Prior to Six Seconds, Glen was the COO of Stephanie Reynolds Consulting, Director of Global Learning & Development for Corbis, and most recently Director of Enterprise Learning with Slalom Consulting. He has assisted companies including Microsoft, Starbucks, Expedia, Apple, and T-Mobile establish strategic priorities, assess their corporate learning capabilities, recommend and implement workforce alignment solutions, and manage the change that ensured their people were set for success.
 
Glen has served on several boards for learning industry and academic associations, and is a regular event speaker. He holds an advanced graduate diploma in adult education and distance learning, and is a Hudson Institute certified executive coach. He lives in Seattle, Washington with his beautiful wife Marilyn.
